Personal information provided by visitors to the site will be filed at Emak S.p.A., with registered office at Via Fermi 4, 42011 Bagnolo in Piano (RE) Italy and such data may be communicated among the Emak/Yama Group companies, in accordance with Art. 20.1 letter h of Law n. 675 dated 31 December 1996.
The party concerned may at any time assert his rights (with regard to Emak S.p.A.) as specified by the regulations listed in Art. 13 of the above-mentioned Law n. 675 dated 31 December 1996, by sending a specific request to the Emak S.p.A. data information Manager.
